Malador Associates (SL) Limited has exhibited unique competences that has made it outstanding within the petroleum sector in Sierra Leone. It has maintained itself as a trusted and dedicated player in the industry and specifically, it is anchored on the undermentioned core competences:
The company runs four of its fuel outlets (Western Area Urban and Rural) on a 24 hours basis making seamless the availability of petroleum products to the customers. Our brand of stations has raised the bar in both the creative and physical structure of filling stations in Sierra Leone.
With our expansion drive, our company also has Partner or dealer stations that source their products from Malador Associates boosting the volume of sales for the company. These partner stations as at February 2024 sum up to seven (7) fuel outlets and more to be added to the list. Below are the partner stations as at February 2024:
In October 2021, the company completed the construction of its new head office which is situated at 1 Hill Side Bypass Road, Dwarzack Junction Freetown. This was done in a bid to match the head office’s status with the brand of its outlets. The head office befits the status of an enviable and viable business.
STAFF PROFILE AND ROLL
Malador Associates (SL) Ltd prides itself to having a team of dedicated, qualified and experienced workforce. This is predicated on the fact that the recruitment process is so deliberately structured in such a way as only the best is hired for each of the job levels identified (From the position of a cleaner or station assistant up to the highest grade of MD as employees of the company). While doing so, the company is very sensitive to factors such as gender, disability, local content policy etc and has always given due consideration to all such factors by ensuring that there is no discrimination but inclusivity.
Malador Associates has a total staff roll of 201 which includes all cadres of management except that of the position of the CEO who is the founder and owner of the company. At any level of the workforce, employees execute their work with professionalism which is anchored on the fact that the company expends a lot in staff orientation, in-service training etc so as to keep with the changing trends within the sector.
