CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As with most businesses, Malador Associates (SL) Ltd has over the years undertaken a number of projects in a bid to give back to communities of our operation and the country as a whole. To start with, all our advertisement and subsequent recruitment are targeted mainly to benefit the community people that live in the area of our operations. So where for instance a fuel outlet is opened in Kono, we have made sure that we prioritize residents in Kono for recruitment. Additionally, we have provided scholarships to support students ranging from primary, secondary to university level which has aided in improving the human capital of the communities that have benefitted. We have also renovated mosques in some communities and have provided food items for them during periods of Ramadan. We have supported some local Non-Governmental Organizations to implement projects that seek to protect the environment, children and women. We have also provided medical assistance to some vulnerable people in dare need for such and the stories have been encouraging.
